Jody Contreras serves as Director, Client Services at Chatfield Global, where she manages key client relationships and leads the firm’s recruiting team. She partners closely with organizations to understand their talent needs, guide strategic hiring initiatives, and ensure a seamless experience from initial search through successful placement. Her leadership combines a strong client focus with operational excellence, helping companies build high-performing teams.
In addition to overseeing recruiting efforts, Jody leads the implementation and optimization of critical HR technologies and tools. She sets up and customizes Applicant Tracking Systems to align with each client’s unique hiring process, administers online assessments and helps organizations interpret and leverage results for smarter hiring decisions, manages employee engagement surveys, and supports HRIS implementation. Her work ensures clients not only attract the right talent but also have the systems and insights in place to support and retain them.
Jody brings over a decade of experience in Information Systems and Systems Analysis, where she partnered with manufacturing and healthcare organizations to maximize their technology investments through software implementation, application development, and business analytics. She previously implemented enterprise solutions for Fortune 500 clients and worked as an HR Systems Analyst at Boeing, leading full lifecycle projects from requirements gathering through successful deployment. Jody holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Illinois.
