Brief Product/Service Overview:
Our company is a general contracting firm that has grown its business in downtown Rock Hill, SC in parallel with the growth of the city. Our typical new construction projects are in the +/- $5M range. Though our home market is the Charlotte Region, we are active throughout the Carolinas and have established subcontractor relationships in other markets as well. We are continuing to grow beyond building primarily worship related spaces to leverage the vast experience our staff has with many different project types to serve other segments of the construction market, particularly the industrial and manufacturing sector. We take pride in cultivating quality relationships in these sectors and place an emphasis on establishing relationships with all of our project participants, as well as monitoring the progress of construction in a very detailed and systematic manner.
We offer all of this through a process that includes:
- architecture (programming and design)
- engineering (structural and site)
- financial review and analysis
Combined with:
- accurate estimating
- information about construction techniques and materials
- experience of a proven and reliable general contractor
and followed by:
- inspection and monitoring throughout the project
